Train smarter, Ride stronger

The Development Squad has just started, and will be back in 2026!

Over seven weeks, you’ll follow a structured fitness plan, train with twice-weekly on-the-bike group coaching sessions, and gain motivation from a supportive group.

This proven program has helped riders reach new levels in their riding.  This program is perfect for anyone preparing for their first race or looking to take their performance to the next level.

Who It’s For

This program is perfect for riders who want to build fitness, sharpen tactical skills, and ride with confidence in a supportive group environment.

Whether you’re returning to training, preparing for events like the ACT Women’s and Junior Tour or another event, or simply looking to improve your group riding, this squad will equip you with the tools, guidance, and motivation to succeed.

Training Focus

Here’s a sneak peek of what you can look forward to with the Development Squad

On-the-bike sessions:

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: 6:00 AM – 7:15 AM

What to Expect:

  • Intermediate Training Plan: Access a structured plan to guide your progress.
  • Twice-Weekly On-the-Bike Sessions: Join real-time coaching and feedback to refine your skills and improve your performance.
  • Advanced Skills Refinement: This course builds on the skills learned in the Skills Masterclass, taking cornering, climbing, and descending to the next level.
  • Community Support: Train with a motivated group for encouragement, accountability, and camaraderie.
