The CLIMB: Progression Program (previously known as the ACT Development Squad Program) returns in 2026!
Over eight weeks, you’ll follow a structured fitness program, train with twice-weekly on-the-bike group coaching sessions designed to build strength., fitness, skill and confidence in a supportive group environment.
This proven program has helped riders prepare for racing, improve bunch skills, and break through fitness plateaus. If you’re ready to ride stronger, this is your next step.
Who It’s For
The Progression Program is ideal for riders and triathletes who want to build fitness, get stronger and faster, sharpen bunch-riding skills, and train with structure.
Whether you’re returning to training, preparing to race, improving the bike leg of a triathlon, or simply aiming to feel more confident in a group, this program will give you the tools, support, and motivation to progress.
Training Focus

On-the-bike sessions:
- Monday/Wednesdays: 6:00 AM – 7:15 AM
What to Expect:
- Intermediate Training Plan: Access a structured plan to guide your progress.
- Twice-Weekly On-the-Bike Sessions: Join real-time coaching and feedback to refine your skills and improve your performance.
- Advanced Skills Refinement: This course builds on the skills learned in the Skills Lab, taking cornering, climbing, and descending to the next level.
- Support: Train with a motivated group for encouragement, accountability, and camaraderie.
