Your journey doesn’t have to be solo. Our CLIMB Programs include the Skills Lab, Progression Program, and Mov3 Junior Triathlon Program.  Each program gives you expert coaching in a supportive group environment. Build skills, fitness, and resilience while sharing the journey with a community of athletes.

Want to bring a group together? We can run a program for 8 or+ participants.  Perfect for clubs, teams, or friends.

Mov3 Junior Triathlon Program

Building the Next Generaton

A fun and inclusive program for kids aged 8 to 12 that develops skills, fitness and confidence in a supportive team environment. Young athletes grow through structured sessions that build both ability and enjoyment in sport.

CLIMB: Skills Lab

Sharpen Skills & Confidence

Ride with precision and confidence. In five focused sessions, you’ll master cornering, climbing, descending, braking guided by expert coaching to sharpen your technique and control.

Bonus for Triathletes:
Includes an extra session on smooth and efficient transitions to help you save time on race day.

Grow Strength & Endurance

Take your training to the next stage in a supportive group environment. With structured fitness plans and expert coaching you will improve bunch handling, build endurance, and increase overall performance while riding with confidence and strength
